In her role as a Loan Officer, Crystal ensures capital is given to territories that are limited in resources to help empower small businesses.

Crystal is a Fayetteville, North Carolina, native and an alumnus of Fayetteville State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. Crystal has worked in the finance industry for over 11 years serving in various roles including as a banker, investment banker and lending director.

She is a proud supporter of her community and is involved in numerous volunteer and charitable organizations. She also is the author of two best-selling financial literacy books — “Harmony and the Empty Piggy Bank” and “No No Sonny, Save That Money.”

Crystal’s desire to help others financially came from her personal experience being a single mother and learning how to be financially creative and strategic. Crystal has been featured on media outlets like CBS News, the Fayetteville Observer and Bronco iRadio.

Her goal is not only to teach, but empower others to apply the financial tools given to them. Her mission is to make a difference for generations to come.
