Blair joins Thread Capital as a Loan Associate working with clients in all stages of the lending process.

Prior to joining Thread, he spent about 12 years in real estate/mortgage lending. He started his career in the file room at JPMorgan Chase, where he eventually became a closer for the HELOC division and ended his tenure as a B2B representative.

In 2016 Blair was hired at a non-profit organization, NACA, as a Loan Officer/Mortgage counselor where he counseled low to moderate-income, minority, and underserved individuals and families to homeownership. In 2020 Blair moved to Pennymac where he became a full-time underwriter. 

Blair is excited to get back to what he loves and that is helping those with dreams achieve them. Blair was born and raised in Rochester, NY, where he lived until moving to Raleigh in August of 2019.  He lives here with his wife, five of their seven children, and two dogs, Oliver and Beau. In his free time, Blair loves entertaining, cooking for family and friends, movies, anime, and the Buffalo Bills.
