Coaching & Connections Manager
Thread Capital is seeking a Coaching & Connections Manager to design, implement, and iterate highly effective strategies for the delivery of coaching and connections for small businesses who have traditionally faced barriers to accessing the resources they need to grow their businesses. The coaching and connections services will be offered alongside current loan products to complete a suite of resources (capital, coaching, and connections) that we believe small businesses require for their development and growth.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Thread Capital is seeking a marketing and communications manager to raise the organization’s
public profile and enhance brand awareness in order to increase the amount of capital,
coaching, and connections available to small businesses who have traditionally faced barriers to
accessing resources.
Relationship Manager, Small Business Capital
The relationship manager will provide critical support to the NC Rural Center and its small business capital programs (including the Center’s nonprofit subsidiaries, Thread Capital and CornerSquare Community Capital). The relationship manager will specialize in partner relationship management and project management across a suite of small-business lending and support programs. This position provides a unique opportunity to be closely involved in cutting-edge work that will impact rural communities and create a more inclusive capital ecosystem for entrepreneurs in North Carolina.
